Take ur baby to hospital cos it happen to my baby n people re saying cos he's big dats y BT I get worried cos d red rashes is too much so i take him to hospital n d doc said I should run a test n d result show its skin sepsis n d doc gave me some drug n a cream n after 3 day d rashes dry off.

@Olaifa13407, thanks dear... I went to the hospital and the doctor said it's dermatitis , pi prescribed piriton syrup n sudocrem .
