Good morning mothers, it's written on most baby food "to be used within a certain period after opening", for instance NAN says to be used within 3weeks, what happens when you don't finish it, is it no longer edible?

When my baby was two months old he refused formula so I used one tin of nan1 for one month (that's four weeks) and nothing happened to my baby,

Hmmmm.... Isn't that wastage. If you buy nan1 for 2150 and your baby took it for just a week, so within a month you still have the nan1 remaining much.... Do you have to throw it away.? Note : nothing happened to it, the taste is still there, no air inside. Hmm.. God help us
