This requires expert opinion. The first step to treating azoospermia (zero sperm count) is to find the cause. There could be blockage in which case the testes is producing spermatozoa but it can't get transported outside. This requires surgical treatment. Or the testes may need a little 'kick-start' with some testosterone injections. In any case, please see an expert. Cheers.
