Sterilized her bottles before use, clean your breast before breast feeding and watch what you eat .... If after this precautions it still persist please seek medical attention

Oral redehydration salt (ORS) won't stop the stooling, it will replace the lost electrolyte in the system ...... Though that is the first thing to give as first aid .
