Good morning doctor, october last year I miss my period in November I started having symptoms of pregnancy but when i did home pregnancy test it didn't show any thing but that same months my period came but it didn't flow for that day till this month i have been vomiting every morning even this morning the same thing pls I need your advice am sorry for the long post
