Good day doctors in the house,I took my 3 year old daughter to the clinic today and was given some drugs. One of the drugs wasn't available at the clinic so was asked to get elsewhere. I have been to pharmacy close to me but not available. The drug is Dynamogen syrup.. Pls what other drug\ brand can substitute for the prescribed one? Thanks
