At week 26, your baby weighs two pounds and a little more than nine inches in length. Your baby's eyes which have been closed for the past few months are beginning to open at 26 weeks pregnant. This means your baby is able to see what's going on now. Your baby can now respond to light and noise.
Diet and exercise go hand in hand so keep in mind not to even miss one day of some sort of exercise in order for your pregnancy to be fruitful.
