It may be as a result of Nasal congestion or respiratory infections. You may experience bleeding when blowing your nose because of nasal congestion or a respiratory infection. Frequent blowing of the nose may create broken blood vessels. This can also occur if you sneeze or cough frequently, such as when you have a respiratory condition

Good evening moms, How long will it take to see blood or period after delivery ?
It can be up to a year before you have a period, as long as you're breastfeeding round the clock but If you bottle feed your baby or combine bottle feeding with breastfeeding, your first period could start as soon as 5 to 6 weeks after you give birth
So you could be fertile again just three weeks after having your baby.
