There is no harm in lying to breastfeed as long as you know how to get it right.
Can you express the milk on that side and see if the baby also takes the milk? How is that breast? Nipple out? Is it the bigger breast?.Try and always start with that breast anytime you need to breastfeed and make sure the breast is well-attached and emptied before switching to the second breast. If the issue persists, see a Paediatrician for further evaluation "

Suggestions for breastfeeding while lying down. Place your baby on his or her back in the middle of a large bed. Lie on your side, next to your baby with your head on a pillow (make sure the pillow is not near your baby's head). Some mothers can let their baby latch on by themselves if they are good at attaching.
As long as you know how to do it right. And make sure your breast isn't blocking your baby's nose
