If your baby is finding it difficult to breath kindly take baby to the hospital for proper evaluation and management

Some babies breathing may appear noisy but their is nothing wrong with the airway. Just that the airway is still very soft and pliable and not rigid like in adults.
You can still see a paediatrician to check the baby.

40 breaths per min is considered normal for a child below 2years but it is advisable you take your child to the hospital for proper evaluation and management as the way you counted the breaths might not be right.
