Not yet, No do not use antiseptic/medicated soaps except acting on instructions from a medical doctor.You can use any mild regular/baby soap for your child.

No need to change soap. The one you are using for him is okay. Mild soap are better.

My doctor told me it's not advisable to use medicated soap for babies. You can get other baby friendly soaps.

As of now, Dettol antibacterial bar soap of 6 pieces pack 70 grams each cost about N1000 while 6 pieces pack 110 grams each cost about N1600. Prices may vary from state to state or location
