Whipped Shea butter helps a lot
Well based on my own experience...I just ensured I moisturized more..I used sheabutter mix with little coconut oil and it did the trick for me
You could use hypoallergenic moisturizers, like aqueous cream or Sebamed based or pure Vaseline jelly often.
Also stay away from any products - soap, food etc that tend to worsen the rashes.
If no improvement, kindly see a Paediatrician or Dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
