Stop eating how? Is it in frequency or not eating at all.?

Water should be given as often as the child wants. No need to worry as long as the child is otherwise healthy.

Please encourage your baby to eat food from the plates and not on the ground as this may cause infection and diarrhea.

If a child vomits once, watch and see if there is anything that triggers it and avoid if possible.... if vomiting persisted and child is not able to take fluids like ors or water, please take to hospital immediately.

You can breastfeed your child while eating, but please care should be taken to ensure baby is well latched onto the breast and baby is taking in adequate milk.

6 feeds per day should be okay in addition to snacks.
