Ensure the temperature is checked with a digital thermometer. A temperature between 36.5- 37.5 is normal. Any reading above this is termed fever. Visit the hospital to see a Paediatrician rule out the cause of fever.

Who prescribed the drugs you gave? Hope it's not self-medication? For the stooling, mix ORS and be giving him and watch. If the stool becomes too frequent, bloody or any fever, please take him to the hospital. And if he is also not tolerating the ORS, take him to hospital
For fever, You should give ibuprofen or paracetamol every 6 hours for not more than two days and also do the tepid sponging. If not better after 2 days, please kindly take your child to the hospital for proper evaluation and management
