Leave it alone, nothing to worry about as it will go on it's own. It is as a result of maternal estrogen levels at work in the newborn. It will resolve as the hormonal levels of the newborn normalizes. Do not try to press or massage it because it could lead to development of breast abcess or mastitis.
There are many causes of lumps. Please take the child to hospital to be examined physically by a doctor preferably a Paediatrician.

Hello Ma'am,this is most likely to be lymph nodes but it is difficult to say without physically examining the child!!! So see a doctor

Most boys may have breast lump as a sign of puberty as well or it may be a side effect of medication they are exposed to. If concerned, see a doctor as advised.
