Both Postinor-2 and postpill are emergency contraceptive. Not intended as a regular method of contraception and they are both effective if taken not more than 72 hours after unprotected intercourse. Please note that both Postinor-2 and Postpill will not prevent you from sexually transmitted diseases.

It depends and it's very relative. Typically your next menstrual period may come on time. But atimes, it may be either be early or late but shouldn't be more than one week late . If your next period is more than 1 week late, or if it is unusually light, perform a pregnancy test. If you do not have a menstrual period after 3 weeks of taking Postinor-2, you may be pregnant.

The manufacturer recommends that Postinor-2 tablets should be taken as; first tablet as soon as possible, while the second tablet should be taken 12hrs after the first one.

Postinor 2 is mostly used as an emergency birth control pill. Normally it should be used within the 72 hours you had an unprotected sexual intercourse. it is about 95% effective but the longer the time it takes to use it, the less effective it becomes.
Possible Side effects of Postinor 2 you should know are nausea, Abdominal pain
fatigue, headache, menstrual changes, dizziness, breast tenderness or vomiting
But note that you can't take Postinor 2 if you're are pregnant. If you previously had unprotected intercourse more than 72 hours earlier in the same menstrual cycle, as you may already be pregnant or you're are experiencing vaginal bleeding for which the reason is not known, you can't take Postinor 2

Sendinor 2 is an Emergency birth control pill intended for use within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse. Sendinor 2 Contraceptive is normally used to prevent pregnancy when taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. It is most effective in the first 24 hours after intercourse. Side effects include Headache, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Breast tenderness, Abdominal pains, Fatigue, Nausea, vomiting, menstrual spotting between Periods and the Early or Delayed onset of next Menstrual Period.
