You must always take preterm babies to see paediatricians when sick no matter how minor. Please do not give anything or self medicate. Take her to the hospital to see the paediatrician treating the baby.

I think you're already seeing Paediatricians and/or other specialists... In that case please discuss your concerns directly with the managing doctors as they know your baby better. If you are not seeing a Paediatrician .kindly see one preferably at a Tertiary Hospital setting for further evaluation and management. All the best!
