Some children are prone to having dry skin... It could also be Atopic Dermatitis. However Penicillin or just any cream is NOT the solution to
such....indeed they can worsen the rashes. You should use HYPOALLERGENIC MOISTURIZERS or
pure Vaseline jelly often. Also stay away from any products - soap, food etc that tend to worsen the rashes. If no improvement, kindly see a Paediatrician or Dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
