There are many causes of abdominal pain in children.....You should see a doctor preferably a Paediatrician so the child can be examined physically and perhaps also have laboratory tests and imaging to know the specific cause in your child.

I'm very sceptical of all these Malaria/Typhoid only diagnoses and treatment. Malaria itself and Typhoid can cause abdominal pain and drugs also have side effects which may include abdominal pain depending on the medications.
