As a young mom in Port Harcourt, one of the challenges faced was being able to purchase clothing for my children at an affordable rate. I had big ideas of what I wanted them to look like but somehow my pocket size was not getting the message. With the knowledge that there could be mothers who felt this way, I decided to start a children store that would provide those little angels with the best at a far from cut-throat price; an atmosphere where any parent could get something for their children no matter the budget.
At Kids Dome we strive to provide a friendly environment, you can see our customers stopping by for a casual chat, window shopping, and actual shopping sprees. We keep it fresh by stocking new items up to three times each month – you can be sure to see something new each visit. Our products are sourced from wherever we can find good deals and this has led us to cities in the US, China and the UK. We also partner with businesses in cities in Nigeria to build a network that can ensure we meet the demands of our customers.
When things do not go as planned
We try to be proactive on the mitigation of business risk, however we are quite conscious of the fact that unplanned events such as defective products, payment (or over payment) delays via online terminals , customer conflict etc could occur at any moment. What we can promise should this happen are:
Defective products will be replaced, or full refund provided.
We will work with you and the bank towards full payment recovery.
Inventory errors may occur since we are operating in real time from the Show rooms, warehouse and now Online. We will inform you should an item you order be sold out.
