It's infection,sometime ago I experience something like that and I went to hospital I was told to do HVS test and I was given antibiotics after the results was out

I experienced something like dis a week ago and I was adviced to wash my pii with warm water and salt , which I did, and d itching stopped .....so don't kW if it will work for u.
