This is not easy. However if she's spitting all the foods, you may have to see a dietician. What kind of foods are you giving her? If I am correct, she's 1 year old. She should be having fruits like banana, oranges, apples, water melon etc. For vegetables- carrots and greens. Then we have rice, yam, potatoes, eggs, fish, meat and all. Is she spitting all this?
