@ummee, my dear folic acid is not much in pregnacare .. My baby escaped issues because I stopped taking folic acid because it made me sick . right now the doctor instructed me to start taking folic acid a month before my next pregnancy. My baby has a dimple that looks like extra hole for poop just close to his poop hole. But his is fine . There are lot of benefit for folic acid oh .. 5mg for the baby .If u look at pregnacare u will see that its less. Speak to your doctor he will advice better.
