Hello mother's in the house,can someone help me out.Am 6months pregnant and having severe pains down my abdomen,can't lie down or walk properly.what could be the cause?

Please see your doctor.. You could have stressed yourself. They might place you on bed rest and give you some tablet or injection to calm the pain. The faster the better thank you, cos it might also be pre-term contractions
