Happy Sunday all ,pls my baby's poo suddenly change to green color meanwhile I just started giving her rice cereals about a week ago. What could be responsible ?

Changing from breast milk to solids can cause a change in the colour of stool in babies. If it's not watery and/or bloody or with mucus, then it's nothing to worry about.
