U need rest a lot of it and ask ur doctor about the use of ventolin and diazepam and what kind of progesterone injection(primolut injection) can be the best for this, my sister used to have same and will later miscarry the baby and I placed her on primolut every 2weeks and stopped the injection at 5month, she's 6month gone now and pls talk to him about this options good luck

I had such experience too with my first issue, bedrest was also recommended by my doc, and he also warned my hubby not to go down with me until d pregnancy is 5months or there about, so try abstaining for now & observe ur body ok .
