It depends on the kind of rashes your baby is having. If it's heat rashes, Make sure your baby is not tightly or overly dressed to prevent heat and apply agnesia powder frequently on him/her. If it's any other rashes you're not sure of pls see your doctor

Check for allergies and try to avoid the triggers. It may be the formula, bathing soap or cream. Then continue with what worked before it will still clear it.

If you can get shear butter or coconut oil that would be much better. Use it as his cream for a while
