This happened to me in my 14weeks,I threw up alot and I talked to my doctor Pls it's not normal if it's severe,there is meds for it,he gave me for 5days,but after using it for a day,it stopped. U need food for u and ur baby.talk to your doctor if you can't keep anything down.

You just have to encourage your self so that you will eat it is normal thing
