@Alademehin19487, I don't really know the process. I buy from the health center from a nurse that sells there. But I know it's soya beans,groundnut (and maize I think). Some add crayfish. I just know the soya beans must be parboiled for 45mins before you add it to the other ingredients. You can try to Google it or even youtube

@Alademehin19487, Olori just gave my answer. My baby also loves avocado, mango, apple, noodles, rice, moimoi but I give one at a time and I make sure he doesn't eat too much at once, n also let him alawz have enough water to avoid constipation.

@Alademehin19487, no ma. you don't mix them in the same feeding. You can feed pap at one meal,then cerelac or any other cereal at another meal time

Start the baby on cereals and other smooth puree. But introduce one new food at a time so you can monitor anyone your child is not okay with. If using pap,enrich it with Tom brown and formula milk or breast milk. Get him interested in fruits too. You can give a slice of red apple for him to excercise his gum. But in all,make feeding time fun,have a routine as much as possible, encourage baby's interest in food.
