It depends on when you delivered my dear i had mine through cs too waited pass d 6weeks check up b4 i started tying girdle small small ...now am adding little excercise my baby is 6months now nd my tummy though not flat yet but is a far cry from what it waa wen i delivered considering the fact that my tummy was huge while i was pregnant....my opinion is take it easy and give uraelf time most importantly be patient but steadyand consistent
