She can be pregnant without menstruation because it happens to my neighbor who gave birth and after one year no menstruation, and she is happy waiting for it knowing that she is already pregnant without menstruation, so my dear you can be ovulating without menstruation

I don't think you can ovulate without mensuration but normally ovulation occurs between 12 and 14 days before your next mensuration. Example, say you have regular 28 days circle, count the first day of your period as day one, your fertility window is likely to be around days 10 to 15.

You can if you check for signs of ovulation. You can google the signs. I know of egg white discharge with pain at your side. Ovulation come before menses.
