If it is since last week, then I won't advice you to still try because breast milk get sour if nobody sucks @ all for two days. I was told it could affect children negatively If given again. For the aches, take only paracetamol and nothing more else you will hate the shape of your breasts after the pains are gone. Use warm water to massage it as often as you can. You will be relieved soon. Sorry

And one more thing don't press the milk out else it will keep coming since it is as same as sucking

@len4ste, massaging with warm water or cloth aid more milk production. The opposite (cold compress) reduces milk production
