For u leg reduce the leave of salt u eat in ur food and away take a walk round before going to bed it work for me

Since you are on the big side,your stomach might not be really visible,but you should be happy o. Use a strong pillow to raise your legs when sleeping and take walks so you dont develop oedema (swelling of the feet)
