You are not short of blood because if you are short of blood it will continue not only when you wake up. There are two things involved is either you are sleeping on your back or you stand up immediately after you wake up, always avoid this two things. When you Want up relax b4 you stand up and never sleep on your back

I guess you are short of blood. You can rinse pumpkin leaves and wash them then drink the juice.

Go and complain in your clinic, your PCV need to be checked and I hope you are taking your routine drugs. They might need to add like astyfer to boost the blood level if that is the problem
