Hahaha. Sorry I'm laughing. It may have bn a nightmare to you but it sure is funny. . I hope it doesn't come true but in my case, when I had those baby dreams, I saw my kids and when I gave birth they look exactly like I saw them. Most ppl see sex, number of babies etc. If you don't need triplet pls pray against it. Better still do a scan so you can know.
