Please,mums and doctors in d house,how can I preserve expressed breastmilk for my baby without refrigeration. I am resuming work soon n I wish to continue breastfeeding.Please,I would appre8t response from doctors as well as mums DAT have been thru dis b4.Thanks dears.

I guess the creche should atleast have a refrigerator to put the expressed milk in. Use like 4 bottles depending on the amt/vol of milk ur baby take at a time. So whenever d baby is to be feed, a bottle should be placed in a bowl of hot water to warm to body temperature prior to feeding. Which means you have to go with a flask of hot water to d creche as well.

Thanks dear.Well,its a creche near my office. I really have not been there myself.I only sent some1 to check it out for me.She bought pics of d place but I don't think I sighted a fridge sha.
