Its very very normal just reduce ur salt intake, and if ur blood pressure is OK fine but if its not just get it check and watched

I experienced same during my preg from 25th week too till after delivery with no high b.p and no protein in urine so was told its ñormal also. All wat have been told help, raise leg above pelvic level at every opportunity & when sleeping. Dont sit 4 too long, dont stand too much also. Exercise your feet by rotating in circles, soak in warm water too. D 1 dat wrk most 4 me is massage to move the fluid up. Stay strong

*cont'd* pre-eclampsia is high blood pressure in pregnancy, with fluid retention and proteinuria..... If your doctor says you re fine, definitely he or she has carried out the neccesary test. Reduce your salt intake, raise your leg up with pillow, don't stand or sit for too long.

Reduce your salt intake, try raising yur legs up by the support of piles of pillows under your legs

Congrats , if your blood pressure is within normal range the swollen feet is not a problem. That means you are bearing more weights on your lower limbs ( legs) and also fluid retention. So pls raise ur legs up on table or pillows when u sit and lay on your bed . avoid standing for too long. All the best
