It's quite comfortable to breastfeed from the left breast that's why your baby gets too used to the left breast but if you breastfeed him from both sides of the breast it will get normal. There are no implications but the breast can make you uncomfortable when it is painful and heavy. Try breastfeed first on the right breast for some minutes then breastfeed from the left breast. You will be fine no need to panic

You could try tasting the breastmilk from the right side... Hope it's not sour. It happened to me and I discovered it was sour so I had to pump it out. He started sucking it after then.
