Www, I can't imagine what this baby is going through now, why did you allow it to get to this stage nah, this is much, please avoid diaper for now then get the red leaf, fruit leaf that fell itself, and mango leaf that fell itself then if you see the back of coconut please cook everything together and use for bathing then apply ABF cream or Shea butter. Sorry my baby boy

@Smith, Its advisable you don't use powder and Shea butter together. If you want to use powder, use it at night and ori in the day time. The combination can block the skin pores

Please madam kindly look for Red flower cook and bath him with it,then rub Shea butter all-over his body including the affected area,then buy Moju powder and the coloured powder mix it with the Moju powder and Rub it on the infected area and his neck
