Please I need advice on my 2 years old + baby skin, he always have heat rashes on his body which will result to small small boil even on his face ever since when he was 6 months old till now, I do use antibiotics for him and also use neoskin to rub his body, it will go for a while and come back again, I'm fed up please help me out.
