@Nafsylove, your reply conforms with what I used also n it helped me a great deal... Sodiq might need to follow every step, especially d part of changing pad regularly n using warm water to wipe after pooing n peeing

Please dont sit on hot water with steam. The water should be warm with either salt and disinfectant added. Sit inside the water for 10-15 minutes (sit bath). If the water is hot it can melt out the stitches

Congrats dear,for your stitches ..sit on warm water,slightly hot...add purit and salt then sit on it for like 10-15mins allow the steam to enter inside your body,do that like 2-3times daily,change your sanitary pad often to avoid infection,drink lots of water to avoid constipation ooo,because if your shit strong you go suffer for toilet ooo...then use warm water to wipe your self anytime you pee ...and please avoid sex till after six weeks of delivery,so you can heal well...

Alhamdu lillahi Robbil Aalameen. Congrats dear. Get bearable hot water put disinfectant inside and sit inside it for some minutes morning and night. The water should enter your private part. It works.
