Infact I learnt a good lesson yesterday, on my own i've decided never to continue with self medication esp when is from the pharmacy is not healthy for a pregnant woman; who wants to be on the safe side.

The malaria drug I got from the pharmacy yesterday & took out of feeling too feverish landed me in the hospital cos I started spotting seriously Infact am currently on admission in the hospital for close observation, am 9weeks gone, I will advise u to visit the hospital if u can't bear it for proper Medication or better still take more of water, para & fruits like I was advised, u will be fine ok.

Before my first trimester I was told that I had malaria by a doc in Jolad d one in gbagada it's a very popular hospital he prescribed some drugs for me so I decided to go outside bcoz their drugs are expensive when I got to d pharmacy d woman told me not to use it dat its 2 dangerous for my baby I went back to Jolad I was directed to another doc he said d same thing that I shouldn't use it ND he prescribed anoda I was confused I had to call my grandma in u. S who is a retired matron

D paracetamol should b d blue one , not d red one OK, d red one is too powerful for pregnancy OK. Take care

Other than paracetamol, dont get any drug from the pharmacy because most of them are not qualified.go to the hospital and the doctor will give you very good medication. Malaria is dangerous in pregnancy.
