Abeg eat well, but don't eat plenty carbohydrates and too much intake of sugar, ur meal should be balanced and when hungry after eating u can snack on carrot, garden egg or something healthy not cake and junks or u drink enough water, u will be full. Pls don't starve yourself because you don't want to be fat dear, baby needs plenty healthy food.

I think the idea way to watch weight in pregnancy is by reduction of food intakes once u notice to much increase in weight (if it's above the requires... A woman will add about 10-15kg in pregnancy) ...all you need do is to follow up on scales each time you go for antenatal clinic.... I believe lemon as you mentioned could do more harm than good in pregnancy..!
