i advice you shudnt concentrate on your weight but rather eating and resting healthy. Eat healthy, leave out the junk foods(pastries,sugar etc), sleep as long and often as you want to, you can work on any extra weight after d baby. Reduce your carbs if possible but please don't starve yourself o, and don't eat junk.

Madam if truly you are 63 64 at 1st week you gain too much but I doubt it u are not like me b4 i was 67 before I concive but at week 2 i was 59 though I don't know am pregnant just go to hospital for malaria treatment then now if not because of that at 16weeks when I started my ante natal i was 63kg I would say i loose weight. Never the less you need rest and don't eat fatty food too much
