Hello doctors and moms in the house please I need your help urgently ,my baby will be a year old this January,she hasn't take down any food since yesterday she has been vomiting. she wakes up this night and she's crying touching her stomach and rolling in the bed,so i make her food thinking she's hungry but immediately I give her the food she want to vomit it. Please what should I do now.
