U can massage d breast with warm water and apply Shea butter on ur nipple...to avoid jaundice give baby formulae till u start lactating

If its possible give it to ur husband to suckle it, it wil help open the nipple or u wash ur nails very well, press the nipple and use ur nails to remove the whitish substance blocking it

D easiest way now is to use breast pump,that was what I used,my breast did not flow for five days when I gave birth....

But on a second thought; I was taught in antenatal that u can open ur nipples by using baby face towel and warm water to clean it or olive oil and cotton wool... U will see stuff like dat white tyn dat comes out from pimple coming out.. Then ur breast milk will start flowing.. May b u shud try it

Madam congrats. Jst apply ude Aki on ur nipples, wash off after 5-10mins it will draw dwn d breast milk immediately
