Just be given the baby the two sides before you know it breastmilk will start coming out. Even if is bot coming let the baby be dragging it like that

Try and give your baby the smaller one (breast)for one week and it will bring out breastmilk well and it's still ok to use hot water on it when batting too.

It seems like you are unconsciously giving your baby one side which seems to be more comfortable to you. Try and be giving him the other smaller one too.with time, it will adjust.
