Pls don't tie ur tummy.probably u had a big tummy naturally.don't let it get to u.wen u are through wt bearing children,do tummy exercise

Eat much of pepper soup rice and tight your Tommy with wrapper when go to bed everyday.since this second was not cs, then you can do that

I had my cs 25th of Jan and my tommy is nww very flat because I tie a piece of cloth on it everyday

@Omotoke14491, same ere but mine is as good as flat now. I had 2 cultivate the habit of tying my tummy and also using girdle from morning till night. I used double girdle sef. I wear one made of rubber, tye it welllll and wear the random kind of girdle on top. The rubber one burns unwanted fat while the strong one sends the tummy inside and I'm seeing progress. At d beginning stage, i tye with wrapper.

I have same issue and was on liquid for the first couple of weeks but tummy still kinda big. Almost three months now... What do we do?

Hmm! Big Tommy can be taken care of at the early stage of delivery that is, b4 6weeks after delivery, you're expected to avoid hard food like pounded yam, yam and other hard to digest food bcos the womb is yet to return to the pelvic. I also gave birth through cs and a friend advice me on it, I was practically living on pad, Eko and watery semo. Now my Tommy is back to it normal size. Good luck
