Beautiful mummies n doctors in d house,pls I want to ask wat can one eat or drink that can make babies too big n also at what week sud one stop taking

A belly that will produce big baby will do so even if u stop eating till nine months if ur belly produce big baby ur baby will be big. So eat balance diet. U will see some that eat heaven and earth but at last her baby will be so small

take more of fruits, veggies , proteinous foods and a moderate amount of carbs

Eat well my sis ur baby needs all the food. Baby don't build up fat until later part of 3rd trimester by then u can just do a scan

Abeg eat what you feel like eating and do Scan so it can guide you to know your baby's weight
