Yes dis ewedu tin.i think it makes delivery faster.we need to becareful with it.some one used it within 3 days she delivered.same happened to me n I delivered 3 weeks early.ibsuspectee d ewedu made d baby came earlier.

Walking at least 30mins a day, staircase climbing, drinking ewedu water, pineapple, Castor oil, stimulation on the nipples, then regular sex, if possible everyday
